Brandon has implemented all versions of Model N, the industry leader for pharmaceutical RMS. Having worked with both small and large pharmaceutical companies, Brandon has experience in dealing with varying business processes and methodologies. Brandon has performed Data Analysis on all types of transactional data - from pharmacy level claims utilization from pharmacies to aggregated rebate submissions provided by direct and/or contracted providers to multi-sourced sales transactions and chargebacks.Brandon is an expert in the Medicaid & 340B Drug Rebate Programs, including PHS contracting and its impact to Medicaid rebate processing, in relation the Claim Level Detail analysis. In 2017, Brandon co-presented at the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program (MDRP) Conference on Managing 340B Duplicate Discounting, making him one of the youngest presenters. In August 2019, Brandon presented at the CBI Manufacturer\'s Summit, where he led the 340B Boot Camp session - a 101 course surrounding the program\'s intricacies and regulatory guidance. Brandon has led Medicaid/340B CLD analysis that has resulted in millions of dollars successfully clawed back for manufacturers via duplicate discount & diversion analysis, with concise breakout presentations to leadership on savings impacts.Brandon has been the Regulatory Lead at Alkermes, AstraZeneca, Gilead Sciences, Novo Nordisk, Novartis, Sanofi Pasteur, Amgen, and Baxter for their Model N/Revitas Full Suite Implementations & /or Upgrades, where he has been the management and leadership facing Subject Matter Expert for all developments and presentations pertaining to identifying impacts to manufacturers from regulatory guidelines and laws, analyzing discrepancies in converted and interfaced third-party data, extrapolating rebate processing efficiencies, increasing accuracy in GP calculations, and guidance on project delivery. Brandon has worked with a plethora of product types throughout varying therapeutic classes, including Oncology, Rare Disease, Vaccines, HIV/AIDS, Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Immunology, Hemophilia, Obesity, etc.
