As part of the data analytics team, I create and enhance reporting and analytics solutions for various business programs and initiatives, using SQL, Python, and dashboards. With the help of these tools, I can find and communicate insights from data that can support business decisions and drive positive outcomes. One of my recent achievements was implementing reporting and analytics for the Beyond SpotCheck Menu Programs, which involved monitoring and adjusting the project based on new changes and feedback. I also led an initiative to analyze the correlations between Agent behaviour, Sentiment Score, and CSAT, using Pearson and Tau-b as the most suitable statistical measures for the data type. This analysis helped to identify and address the key drivers of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, I consistently improved my average accuracy rate month over month, resulting in a significant reduction in Error Rate by an average of 3% per month. I have over 5 years of experience in data analysis across diverse industries, including e-commerce, IT, and consulting. I have a B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from NPR College of Engineering & Technology.
