I am a partner at Morgan Lewis with deep experience representing financial services companies in high-stakes litigation, regulatory challenges, and enforcement matters. I focus my practice on financial services litigation and consumer protection defense, managing complex disputes — including class actions, mass arbitrations and other high-volume consumer claims — for banks, credit card issuers, lenders, payment processors, credit reporting agencies and other consumer facing institutions in federal and state courts and arbitrations across the United States. I counsel clients also on compliance with federal and state laws governing debt collection, credit reporting, military lending, unfair business practices, and related consumer protection statutes.My approach blends strategic litigation advocacy with practical compliance guidance to help clients navigate evolving regulatory landscapes, mitigate risk, and achieve durable outcomes.
