I am an executive advisor working with first time CEOs and the Founder of leadership development and coaching firm, Groove Management. I guide CEOs as they step into the new and uncharted waters inherent with their unique role. When partnering, I often facilitate critical executive team meetings, allowing CEOs to step out of the head seat and become part of the team to create shared meaning and alignment. My work also centers on taking executive teams outside of their four walls through creative facilitation and bold development programs like LeaderSurf. My balanced leadership approach is rooted in science, service and self, working with the core belief instilled in me by my grandfather - leaders do not have to trade-off business success for happiness at home.
