Mentor/instruct team of 4 assistant coaches- Lead practices to improve swimmer technique and skills- Coach/manage team of over 150 kids between the ages of 6-18After growing up participating on a neighborhood swim team and gaining coaching experience with my home team, I took a head coaching job with a different team in a new neighborhood. I joined the team as a first year, young head coach directly after the COVID-19 pandemic and was able to positively change the team. I am able to have a direct impact on many different kids\' lives for the better and teach them valuable life skills, in the pool with swimming, and also outside.
