I’m a passionate and curious storyteller who believes in the power of journalism to shed light on the truth and amplify the voices of those who are unheard. As a first-generation Dominican American and a proud New Yorker, I am committed to public service, global equity, and community-driven change.Currently, I am on the Social Media & Marketing Student Assistant at the Blackstone CoLab at UB and a News Writer and Multimedia Photographer at The Spectrum at the University at Buffalo, where I major in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations and pursue a Journalism Certificate. My experience spans from local government, media, community arts, and student affairs - from reporting on UB life and student affairs to contributing to cross-agency policy efforts that impact older New Yorkers.Whether I’m covering a News story, analyzing public policy, or collaborating with community members, I bring leadership, critical thinking, and a deep sense of purpose to everything I do - and my goal?
