I\'m an engineering manager with an entrepreneurial mindset. I love understanding how businesses work, how products help their users, and how teams are working together to make all of that become a reality. Working in multidisciplinary teams, I have several years of experience in developing end-to-end solutions and leading software projects and teams.To me, job is not just working with tech or playing around with new cool tools. Of course that\'s enjoyable, but what makes the work meaningful for me is the impact.I can understand a purpose, question it, believe in it, commit to it, and then work in a cross-functional team towards making that happen.And then it doesn\'t matter if the work is some repetitive and boring task, or something super new and thus exciting or even scary, or something in the middle.
