About Becky Evan
Currently, I’m an Associate Professor in a business school specializing in researching and teaching courses on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. My research and experience is focused on enhancing an organizations\' diversity and inclusion programs. I’m especially interested in breaking concrete and glass ceilings so women and people of color can flourish in leadership positions.Prior to academia, I was a Training and Operations Executive in Fortune 500 companies. I have overseen the Enterprise Compliance Learning Development encompassing over team members worldwide; aligned training solutions with business needs; and established training compliance requirements within organizational instructional programs.
