I create space and time for those looking to develop a greater self awareness to potentially identify personal blind spots, unlock themselves and to be the best they can be by uncovering untapped potential.I work with predominately with leaders who are looking to grow in their current role, gain promotion or who are looking to develop their confidence. People are at the heart of any business or organisation, and building their confidence, playing to their strengths and supporting them shine is essential for success. I believe there is always a reason for people’s behaviour – whether that is fear, anxiety, uncertainty, expectations, people pleasing or self-limiting beliefs. Once greater self-awareness in unlocked to understand their own strengths, fears and how they react when they are happy or under stress individuals, teams and businesses start to reach their potential. And achieving that heady recipe is where I come in. I’m a calm, strategic thinker with the ability to support people develop a growth mindset, embrace change, and create an environment where they are at their best by equipping them with tools and strategies to cope when stretch becomes stress.
