I recently transitioned from serving as a full-time recruiter with the Rhode Island Army National Guard into a medical device sales role with Recon-Supply, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business specializing in solutions for VA hospitals. During my time as a recruiter, I had the privilege of putting young men and women in uniform and setting them on the path to service. That experience taught me the importance of trust, communication, and always putting people first.
