Beverly Riddick is Chief Operations Officer at Urban Resource Institute @URI_NYC, a nonprofit organization that provides life-saving, empowering social services for New Yorkers who are suffering and recovering from domestic violence. Riddick\'s role is to facilitate and provide strategic leadership of URI\'s operations, IT and HR functions. At URI, Riddick brings her accomplished nonprofit management and administrative skills to facilitate the organization\'s trajectory from a $20M to a $60M organization and soon to be the largest provider of domestic shelter beds in the U.S. For 38 years, URI has been innovating and developing new programs to improve the lives of vulnerable New Yorkers, with a particular focus on survivors of domestic violence. URI helps individuals and families escape abuse; safely heal; and gain the resources needed to live healthy, independent lives.
