I LOVE MANUFACTURING. As a child, I had family members in manufacturing, so I grew up learning about the exciting ways manufacturing was shaping business and the nation. And, since my first tour of a Wonder Bread plant while growing up in Indiana, I’ve been hooked. From Sales and Design to Production and Distribution, I love every aspect of the industry. I started my career in Marketing and Public Relations, but I wanted to utilize that experience in a way that would get me closer to the Manufacturing that intrigued me in my younger days. Transitioning from Marketing and Public Relations to Executive Search was a natural progression, allowing me to apply a PR mindset while assisting Manufacturing companies in sourcing top talent for Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, and Sales leadership roles.
