Responsible for implementing strategic plan as approved by the Board of Directors and in accordance with Chamber\'s ByLaws, managing day-to-day office operations including staff, membership development, fundraising events, marketing campaigns, website support and all financial activity to meet P&L objectives. Continuously creates and promotes a positive Chamber awareness in the community, while also partnering with the Town to help achieve Economic Development goals. Establishes partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, educational sector and acts as liaison with Town to accomplish and successfully achieve overall objectives of the Chamber as key advocate for its membership, business owners and employers in the community. In seven years, annually reached historic growth milestones in: membership, sponsorship, fundraising, events, and cash reserves. Reversed prior negative net profit to a positive, maintaining annual growth each year.
