While working on the JPAF team as Customer Service Employee\'s, my manager Cindy Wisdom choose me to go and assist the Grifol\'s Team. Training in Customer Service to become a Program Specialist CSR/ Delivery Coordination and customer support. I have been given an opportunity to help people breath and have a better quality of life. I feel like I am doing something that makes a difference. And I would like to continue to serve people.
