I professionally lead a team of 81, which includes 3 Supervisors, 3 Team Leads and 75 Patient Service Coordinators who specialize in providing excellent patient care and customer satisfaction in scheduling appointments, providing assistance to patients with provider and clinical needs, and ensuring the highest quality standards in telephone enteractions daily. Patient, Provider and Staff engagement is essential to maintaining the goal of providing compassionate and dedicated service to our patients. I have worked in various functions including the implementation of Epic, as a Credentialed Trainer on the Cadence (Registration and Scheduling) Team and as a Practice Manager for multiple clinics during my career with Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist. Each step in my progression has enabled me to be very successful in my role as an Ambulatory Access Manager II.
