FLOURISH In You is an outreach ministry designed to help build individuals and families into healthy self-sufficient communities. FLOURISH In You was founded on the fact that most desire more out of life but sometimes are limited to necessary resources; resources that will help guide the individual to a successful place in life. Helping others to help themselves promotes power within the individual to do more and in return being able to help others. We offer advocacy in various areas to suport every day causes. Giving what is needed to flourish isn\'t limited to the fact of giving but also educating on how to enhance qualities to sustain life. Education increases awareness on topics of depression, domestic violence, teen pregnancy, money management, entrepreurship, bullying, health conditions & disorders, living healthy, workmanship, relationships and more. We visit schools, hospitals, jails, town hall meetings, community events to provide assistance in various areas. We sponsor events and fundraisers to raise donations/funds to help combat homelessness, hunger, topics listed above and many more. We believe that we can FLOURISH in all areas of life by changing our overall perspective of life itself. I have worked in the Mental Health/Human Service field for over 25 years providing supportive measures through behavioral modifications, linking to community resources, being open and attentive to the individual\'s need and understanding spite the situation(s) that we are all human and should be treated as such. I desire to empower, mentor and educate victims of domestic violence from various walks of life to embrace the challenges that were/are set before them. Difficult and dangerous life experiences are the ones that was intended to break you down but can be used to build the pathway to doors of endless possibilities and strength. I am a living witness of this testimony. I am a survivor. I did not give up and my story is a part of history that now save lives.
