About Beverly T.
I’ve led enterprise change in environments where complexity is the norm and failure is expensive.Along the way, I became skeptical of performative leadership, surface-level change tactics, and frameworks that ignore how humans actually operate under pressure.My focus now sits at the intersection of change (whether org or personal related), human behavior, and neuroscience—examining why so many change efforts fail, why insight doesn’t translate to behavior, and how nervous-system safety influences adoption, resistance, and resilience.I think like a disruptor, not a purist. I care about outcomes, not optics. And I’m increasingly curious about what happens when we stop forcing change—and start working with how humans are wired.Currently exploring change from the inside out.
