I’m a transformation executive who believes lasting business success is built through people.Over more than 25 years, I’ve led major transformation and culture programmes across global consumer goods, energy, retail and government sectors — helping organisations connect strategy, structure and behaviour to deliver measurable performance improvement.My focus is people-centric transformation: aligning leadership, culture and operating models to create high-performing, purpose-driven organisations.
