As Lead Coach, I use 25 years in leadership coaching and NLP to help leaders change behaviours and improve their leadership capabilities. Through 1-2-1 coaching sessions and group coaching, I help leaders unlock their potential, improve performance, and build high-performing teams, changing 1 habit at a time. I focus on helping the team at UK virtual school to embed leadership behaviours that reflect the core principles of the organisation, ensuring growth and success for all.
