With over 27 years of senior managerial experience in the construction, interior refurbishment, and asbestos sectors, I am a Group Compliance Director at HB Projects Ltd, a leading provider of design and build solutions. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Management and have multiple certifications in health and safety, environment, and quality management systems. As a Board member for Compliance, I lead a high-performing team of specialists who support, coach, and empower the business units and associated companies on health and safety, environment, HR, training and development, and business systems management. I develop and implement strategic policies and procedures that align with current legislation and best practices, and foster a culture of behavioural change and transparency across multi-sites. I also manage and undertake system and multi-site audits, procure and co-ordinate group insurance requirements, and support on tender submissions and bid presentations. My mission is to bring innovation and challenge to the compliance field and deliver consistent and excellent results for the HB Projects Group.
