I have the great pleasure of being the Relationship Manager, Healthcare West, for Athena Forum, a medical education company specializing in comprehensive online training and education courses for care professionals in Hospitals, ACOs, Home Health and Managed Care Companies. Athena Forum is a page online CE course curriculum awarding 700 CE for RN, SW, ACM and CCM – all dedicated to CM team performance. It’s a B2B Management Tool whereby CM Directors assign courses to improve performance (e.g. reducing HF readmissions, reducing avoidable days, improving claims, elevating core competencies, & improving outcomes and transitions). Athena Forum has 3 personalities: 1. Management Tool – CM Directors assign courses to the team to steer staff toward hospital priorities, 2. CE Machine for staff – Case managers love Athena Forum because it is a convenient source of CE for 100% RN, SW, ACM & CCM maintenance. Search Engine – The database is searchable.
