With over 20 years of leadership experience in the United States Air Force, I have built my career on improving operations, solving complex problems, and delivering measurable results in high-stakes environments.I currently serve as a Computer Analyst, supporting a mission-critical digital transformation effort from the ground up. In this role, I streamline workflows, troubleshoot system and network issues, and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and user adoption across the organization. My background spans military housing management, logistics, quality assurance, executive administration, and protocol operations. Across these roles, I have led large-scale initiatives, secured major funding increases, managed multimillion-dollar programs, and developed process improvements that directly enhanced operational performance and quality of life for thousands of personnel.I have spent my career operating in environments where mistakes carry real operational impact. Because of that, I approach systems, compliance, and decision-making with a high level of accountability, attention to detail, and ownership. One of my key strengths is leading change in environments that are not always ready for it. I have successfully guided teams through digital transitions by building structured implementation plans, coordinating across multiple organizations, and reducing resistance through early user engagement and hands-on support. The result has been increased adoption, stronger stakeholder buy-in, and sustained program success.I am currently expanding my technical skillset through a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering at Western Governors University. My goal is to bridge my leadership and operational background with modern technology to deliver practical, mission-focused solutions.I am passionate about improving systems, empowering people, and turning challenges into forward momentum.Let’s connect!
