In 2007, along with colleagues in the United Kingdom and Sweden, I co-founded Vector Group Consulting, an international leadership and organizational development firm focused on strengthening our clients’ flexibility and resilience through strategic planning, employee engagement, team development and executive coaching. Vector Group\'s vision is to free people to do their best work by drawing on techniques from business, systems theory, psychology, and Mussar, the Jewish tradition of ethical and moral character development. My clients include government agencies, broadcasting companies, academic medical centers, public and private universities, medical practices, architectural firms, wealth management companies and faith based organizations.My expertise is in assisting leaders and teams to navigate the unpredictable, informal side of organizational life. My work consistently leads to significant increases in employee engagement and greater sophistication in employee relationship skills.
