As the Manager of North America ADAS Applications ECU integration, Ford Motor Company, I am currently responsible for multiple engineering teams. Since becoming a people leader at Ford, I have led one or more teams comprised of 6-18 engineers, supervisors, and technical experts in the areas of ADAS domain controllers, Driver Monitoring System, Interior Cameras, and FIR Cameras. With over 12 years of experience in overall automotive product development, seven years of experience in the field of ADAS and 4 years in leadership, I have honed strong competencies in cradle to grave product implementation, problem solving, and data analysis. My mission is to deliver innovative and reliable solutions that enhance the safety, comfort, and convenience of customers.
