My journey into Human Resources began with a passion for people and processes. At Frigoscan Post Harvest Technologies, I had the opportunity to explore both sides of HR: the detailed, day-to-day operations and the bigger picture of project coordination. On one hand, I was immersed in the fundamentals—recruiting, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting payroll and benefits. I helped streamline recruitment for clerical, program, and operations staff, contributing to the successful hiring and onboarding of over 100 employees annually. I also audited and reorganized personnel files, improving compliance and efficiency across HR processes. On the other hand, I stepped into HR project coordination, where I supported initiatives like the Mega Food Park projects, aligning workforce planning, training, and engagement strategies with organizational goals. One highlight was assisting in the design and execution of employee engagement activities, which received positive feedback from over 95% of participants during corporate orientation sessions. These experiences taught me to see HR not just as administration, but as a driver of organizational success. Whether improving HR systems, supporting large-scale projects, or enhancing employee experiences, I thrive on creating solutions that connect people to purpose. Today, I bring a balance of hands-on HR expertise and strategic project insight, with a commitment to fostering workplaces where people feel supported, valued, and motivated to grow.
