With 18 years of expertise in the Home Appliances industry, i have built a strong expertise in product development, material compliance, quality management systems and audits. My passion lies in ensuring that products meet the highest standards- both in terms of performance and regulatory compliance- while driving continuous improvement in process and materials.Academic Studies: Associate Professor @ Polymer Science@Carnegie Mellon University:My PhD Thesis is about the synthesis of alternating copolymers in the presence of Lewis acids by Controlled/living radical polymerization techniques- Atom Transfer Radical Polymerization (ATRP), Nitroxide Mediated Polymerization (NMP), and Reversible Addition Fragmentation Chain Transfer (RAFT);(with Dr.Jean-Francois Lutz & Prof. Krzysztof Matyjaszewski) During my post doc @ Carnegie Mellon University, i worked on ARGET ATRP which enables a fold reduction in catalyst concentration for the ATRP process (with Prof. Krzysztof Matyjaszewski and Dr. Jakubowski )
