About Betty Z.

I’m a strategic operations and project leader with 15+ years of experience driving results across the hospitality, travel tech, and nonprofit sectors. With a B.S. in Hospitality & Tourism Management from NYU, I’ve managed cross-functional teams, executed large-scale initiatives, and built long-term partnerships with global stakeholders.I thrive at the intersection of relationship building, process improvement, and project execution, whether leading a market expansion, launching a fundraising gala, or optimizing team workflows. I bring a data-informed, people-centric approach to every challenge and am passionate about delivering impact through collaboration and clear execution. My toolkit includes Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, Amplitude, and project tools like Asana, Trello, and Slack. I also have a strong foundation in contract negotiations, B2B partnerships, and stakeholder communications - all essential to ensuring alignment and driving outcomes across departments. As a self-proclaimed foodie and lifelong traveler, I’m always looking for ways to combine my love of culture, community, and connection. Whether it’s through launching “Her Bowl of Soup” or mentoring through AAPI organizations, I’m excited about creating things that bring people together.Currently seeking opportunities to apply my project management expertise in a tech-driven, mission-forward environment.
