By directly arranging and overseeing the procedures of both buyers and sellers, the principals can understand the details they both require. The dominant goal being to get buyer and seller face to face in order to sign in person with a wet signature and seal all paperwork needed to close a deal. Then a photo is taking of all at that table top meeting documenting the signing and remembering those in person at the meeting.
