About Betty Leung

I work in revenue operations, focused on building systems that help go-to-market teams operate with more clarity and consistency.I started my career at JPMorgan, where I learned the importance of structure, process, and clear strategy when scaling something well. At Salesforce, I saw what a world-class sales organization looks like in practice and what it means to be a true partner to sales teams. That experience shaped how I think about the balance between strategy, execution, and the human side of selling.I later moved to monday.com to work in a more dynamic, growth-oriented environment—where I had the space to build, challenge assumptions, and rethink how things should work. Much of my work since then has centered on first-principles thinking: untangling complex processes and helping teams move from reactive motions to more intentional, repeatable growth.I’m a first-generation college graduate, and that perspective continues to shape how I approach problems, how I build, and how I show up. Before entering the corporate world, I started working at 14 and took on a variety of roles that taught me how to stay scrappy, adapt quickly, and figure things out. I’m most interested in making things simpler, more useful, and more aligned with how teams actually operate.
