ABOUT BETTY LIN

Technical leader and project manager with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Extensive expertise in diversified operational, consulting, and end-to-end experience in dewatering processes for surface and underground mining operations. Experience covers underground mine backfill concurrently with the design, construction, and operation of tailings dewatering circuits for surface mine waste storage facilities over the full mining life cycle, in a wide range of base and precious metals, iron ore and bauxite operations globally. Committed to building a strong team in Canada and projecting a holistic vision to tailings and all mine and metallurgical waste streams management by finding the smartest and most innovative solutions to de-risk the industry.
