Serve as a key project manager on various campaigns by defining, leading, and streamlining the content ops strategy of product launches & promotional to premium experiences across all DTC touchpoints- Create and maintain a yearly DTC Messaging calendar, a centralized project management tracker, to ensure all stakeholders hold knowledge of both their tasks and deadlines- Lead & manage Kick-Off and recurring planning sessions to ensure stakeholders are up to date on all updates, to initiate creative problem-solving sessions, and strategize on the best path forward- Create work-back schedules to ensure a smooth campaign launch process for both product and event launches- Lead QA sessions for necessary assets prior to rolling them out and Hindsight sessions as needed to improve the campaign planning process- Create a recap decks one week after a specific key brand moment concludes and share it with relevant taskforce members for collaboration, and once finalized, distribute it to the larger team- Serve as on-the-ground support at Key brand moments as needed- Mediate quarterly pre-review sessions and circulate template to the full team.
