I’m a Learning & Development professional with a strong track record of designing and managing impactful learning programs that foster collaboration, engagement, and continuous growth.I bring experience in program design, facilitation, and stakeholder alignment across diverse setting from global communities of practice to mission-driven organizations like ReDI School and strategy consultancies like Bigger Picture. I\'ve led the design and delivery of cohort-based programs, built alumni learning communities, and facilitated high-impact workshops.In my current roles, I manage and facilitate learning initiatives for clients and lead the Berlin hub of L&D Shakers, a global network of L&D professionals. Whether it\'s launching a new learning experience, supporting cross-functional teams, or improving existing programs through feedback and iteration, I ensure learning is always purposeful, inclusive, and engaging.
