I\'m a full-of-grit, get-shit-done kind of professional, with 10+ years of experience in consultancies in Norway and abroad. Following a career path from junior associate to partner. I have a Master in Economics and Business Administration from NHH (Siviløkonom), Majoring in Marketing & Brand Management. In my current role at Manyone we deploy management consulting best practices, foresight capabilities and design tools to help companies realize future states faster, i.e products, services, brands, strategies or processes.As a Partner and Commercial Director I lead strategic initiatives at the intersection of corporate strategy, commercial and brand excellence to secure our top line growth. As part of the management team I oversee daily agency operations in Norway and set the strategic direction for our company. Lastly I also manage a portfolio of clients advising and managing projects.Throughout my career, I\'ve been driven by the principle of combining the tools and mindsets from business thinkers and strategists with those from creatives. I believe in a multi-discipline approach and cross-collaboration - that\'s how we innovate and create in new ways. I thrive on human connection and have a naturally outgoing and upbeat demeanor. My positive attitude not only motivates those around me, but also fosters an environment conducive to productivity and creativity. In 2022, I was lucky enough to change my name to Bettina Lycke. You may still find me online as Bettina Therese Rognås Ellefsen, Bettina Ellefsen, Bettina Therese Ellefsen, Bettina Therese Rognås or even Bettina T. Rognsaas.
