Over the course of my career, I have built and maintained a robust national network of oncology thought leaders and subject matter experts, including clinical providers, researchers, policymakers, and industry innovators. These trusted connections have been instrumental in advancing strategic initiatives, securing compelling speakers, and driving collaborations that benefit both oncology professionals and the patients they serve.As Executive Director for multiple state oncology societies and in leadership support roles for national organizations like the Association of Community Cancer Centers I have partnered with boards, volunteers, and industry leaders to strengthen governance, launch leadership pipelines, and enhance educational programming. I led efforts to restructure volunteer and board experiences to improve engagement, implemented leadership orientation programs, and guided four societies through three-year strategic planning processes aligned with education, advocacy, and membership growth goals.These strategic plans served as roadmaps for budgets, advocacy collaborations, compelling conference agendas, and expanded volunteer opportunities, resulting in stronger membership growth, retention, and leadership succession. I thrive on leveraging my network, coaching volunteer leaders, and fostering mission-driven growth to advance access and innovation in cancer care.
