I\'ve been fortunate to work with some amazing leaders and picked up a few things over 25 years focusing in storytelling, digital marketing and recruiting/business development across various industries and sectors.I am driven by working with people who inspire greatness in me and others, and by creating and maintaining strong relationships with forward-thinking organizations who are changing the world. I am also a proud Badger, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and a lifelong film enthusiast. I have been a volunteer and personnel director for the world renowned Telluride Film Festival for 20+ years, where I enjoy watching the best storytellers do their thing at 8,750\' above sea level.I am inspired by- People who live life creatively, with brave authenticity, beauty and compassion (who define success on their terms).    As the Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator at St. Rita Square, I design and lead programs that bring joy, movement, laughter, and meaning to the lives of older adults. Each week, I plan and facilitate engaging activities—from local outings and special events to creative workshops and social gatherings—that foster connection, curiosity, and community. I use my organizational and marketing background to create vibrant monthly calendars, promote participation, and collaborate with residents, staff, and outside partners to keep experiences fresh and fulfilling. My role is deeply relational: I get to know residents personally, celebrate their stories, and help them discover new ways to enjoy life together. I also bring humor, creativity, and compassion into every interaction—whether I’m leading bingo, coordinating a speaker, or joining residents for lunch. This work combines purpose and play; it’s about helping people feel seen, valued, and alive. And in doing so, I’ve rediscovered that same joy and aliveness in myself.
