As a mental health consultant, I use creative methods such as color therapy, healing modalities, and meditation. I guide you through helpful ways of using the unconscious impact of color in our lives to find a fresh way of looking at your life through a new conscious lens.​Betsy Karp is a certified health and wellness counselor, published author, artist, fashion designer, and business owner. Betsy creates intimate workshops and color connections for communities to intertwine and learn how color and emotions can help one gain deeper self confidence. Betsy Karp has certifications from Columbia University\'s Teacher\'s College and The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in Health Counseling. She is also certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.Betsy uses her knowledge of health counseling and color theory as an influential speaker, author, and company collaborator. She leads tailored integrative seminars and experiences for companies, small groups, and individuals. Having a background as an artist, fashion designer, and business owner, Betsy shares her expertise on the unconscious impact of color in our daily lives.Betsy has taught as an adjunct professor at NY\'s Fashion Institute of Technology for several years. She has been featured on The Dr. Oz Show, ABC\'s The Chew, The Woman’s Connection, and Tara Marie Live. Through tapping into creativity and using color as an igniting force, Betsy Karp teaches women how to combat weight gain, creative and professional blocks, a loss of appetite for sex, and overall boredom.
