My responsibilities as Franchise Owner for Home Instead® have included, since February of 2001, making hiring decisions, marketing for our company, recruiting, hiring and training new CAREGivers, signing up new clients, and building a staff to help run our growing home care business. These days I am responsible for being the public face of Home Instead throughout central and southwest Virginia. I develop on-boarding curriculum for new employees and am working on developing a weekly video-podcast for clients and their families.
