As the project manager for the VMG Health recruitment team, I work directly with clients to manage recruitment projects, customize our ATS, and help out across the company on different initiatives, like our elearning courses. At Right Management, I advanced from the office administrator position on the Operations team to a project management position on the Coaching team, both of which honed my ability to juggle different tasks and priorities. I worked on the launch of Right’s on-demand coaching platform, becoming involved in the testing and development of the platform, including writing user guide content for both the administrative and client-facing roles. At Pearson, I managed the production of print, digital, and video publishing projects in a fast-paced setting and enjoyed working directly with authors and vendors to build strong, mutually satisfied relationships. I was also the go-to person when new processes and software needed to be learned, documented, and taught.
