Participate in the management decision making process by providing financial analysis. This includes active participation in the Continuous Improvement Program, Sales & Operation Planning Process, Elkhart and Canada Plants\' closing, D&R acquisition, FST acquisition/cost allocation, and other team oriented projects serving as business partner and financial subject matter expert • Take primary responsibility for accurate and timely reporting of financial information in accordance with schedules and content required by Corporate and SBU management. This includes the coordination, review, and completion of the financial reporting cycles such as monthly financial statements, forecasts, budgeting, setting and analyzing standard costs, and product P&L • Lead business process improvement initiatives to analyze current state, recommend improvements, and implement solutions in order to minimize administrative complexity while maintaining sufficient internal controls • Direct, develop, and mentor Accounting and IT department personnel to ensure the appropriate resources are dedicated toward the operation of financial and infrastructural processes • Participate as a key member in the system implementation such as Cognos, Hyperion, and SAP system
