Update - just closed - career high - 610 million, I love lots of zeros! I closed two of my largest commercial transactions with another title company to date, 156 million and 269 million respectively. I love a challenge. My division is based in California, I can coordinate both Title and Escrow. Specialties: Comercial/industrial, residential resale, multi unit residential properties, retail, multi use, LLC sales, holding accounts, vacant land, refinance, short sales, defeasance, bond payoff, probate, trust sales, REO, and new home sales. I\'m also a notary, which can be very helpful with time sensitive closings. I\'m well versed in the complexities required to close a commercial transaction as well the most complex residential transaction with the utmost of care and service. I trained with my mentor, the late \"great\", Bob Schroeder, at McKeehan Escrow for several years.
