I’m a senior operations leader focused on enabling teams to do their best work by bringing clarity, structure, and alignment to complex and evolving environments. My role centers on Operations Enablement, including compliance initiatives, resilience and reliability practices (incident response, observability, and escalation), change management, and operational frameworks that support growth, acquisitions, and scale.I’ve spent much of my career operating in ambiguity—stepping into newly defined or rapidly changing areas, identifying where friction exists, and helping teams understand how their work connects to broader organizational goals. I’m particularly effective at spotting operational gaps, aligning cross-functional partners, and turning loosely defined problems into practical, executable frameworks.A core part of my leadership approach is people-first enablement. I invest in understanding individual strengths, creating clarity around ownership and expectations, and developing growth paths that align personal development with organizational needs. I enjoy mentoring emerging leaders, building trust across teams, and breaking down silos so work moves forward more predictably and collaboratively.In recent years, my work has expanded into strategic planning, operational maturity, and responsible adoption of new technologies.
