I began my construction career working with various expediting companies in New York City. As a Project Manager, I was responsible for generating and coordinating forms, reviewing plans, and scheduling appointments with Plan Examiners and Commissioners for project approvals. This role gave me valuable experience navigating multiple City Agencies including the NYC Department of Buildings, Landmarks Preservation Commission, and the Fire Department.Throughout the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with clients, architects, and engineers, keeping everyone informed on project status and ensuring smooth coordination across all phases.Now, with years of experience under my belt, collaborating with developers has become second nature and more exciting than ever. I’m deeply involved in every step of the process, from initial filings to securing the final Certificate of Occupancy.Most recently, I earned my Florida Real Estate License and am thrilled to expand my expertise in this dynamic industry. I’m passionate about combining my construction knowledge with real estate to better serve my clients in Florida and beyond.
