I have been in the HR world for 20+ years from everything from Agency Recruiting to HR management and People Operations. During that time I’ve been lucky to work for several start up companies, which I thrive in. Working in that environment I was able to wear many hats and had responsibilities over many different areas. I\'ve been responsible for everything from payroll, culture, benefits, performance reviews, onboarding/offboarding, exit interviews, events, travel, invoicing, expense reports, sourcing/recruiting, process creation/improvement, creating and roll out of the company handbook, employee relations, performance improvement plans, and so much more! I have loved every minute! I am extremely passionate about what I do. My driving force has always been, and will continue to be, changing lives for the better! I want our employees (and their families) to feel appreciated, valued, and enjoy going to work each day. I do everything in my power to achieve that.
