ABOUT BETH WOOLLER
I am an ambitious and empathetic leader dedicated to leading teams to success, specialising in Retail Sector commercial strategy.Cambridge educated and with a Big Four management consultancy background, I have over 15 years of commercial and operational strategy experience. Highlights include launching Sainsbury’s Aldi Price Match campaign, leading analytics teams to reinvent the business’ price matching capability, and leading and securing ~30% annualised cost savings through supplier negotiations with a key data provider while improving service levels.I have a lifetime of experience living and working with a hearing loss, and am dedicated to helping people with disabilities and differences excel in the workplace. I founded and chair the EnAble network at Sainsbury’s - the first disability network in the company’s history. I was recently appointed as Government Disability and Access Ambassador for the Retail Sector.I am a passionate accessibility consultant and disability advocate and work actively with businesses, charities and the government to raise disability awareness, build confidence and make processes simple. I have appeared on BBC Radio 5 Live, BBC London News, at 10 Downing Street, the DWP and the Houses of Parliament, as well as at key disability conferences including Naidex. I believe support must start early and am a Presenter Volunteer for the National Deaf Children’s Society; presenting and facilitating workshops for deaf children, their families, other organisations who work with deaf children and charity supporters. I am currently writing a book which uses my coaching model and personal experiences to help young people excel in the workplace.
