Most of my 30 years in construction has been in utility, Streetwork and property service sectors. I’m usually brought in when something needs to work properly. A contract about to mobilise. A performance issue that won’t go away. A system that isn’t doing what it should. Or a team that needs structure, clarity and direction.Through Woodrose Solutions, I get involved when something needs fixing, building or steadying. That could be setting up governance properly, reworking how operations flow, or putting systems in place that genuinely help teams do their job.Quite often, it’s about being the calm, experienced support during growth or change.I’m practical. I like clear lines of accountability.
