Appointed to the Ontario Financial Services Tribunal (FST) for an initial three-year term on the recommendation of the Premier of Ontario and with the approval of the Lieutenant Governor, effective December 2013. Appointed to Vice-Chair of the Tribunal in April 2018 and reappointed in September 2020 and September 2022.The FST is an independent, adjudicative body with exclusive jurisdiction to determine all questions of fact or law that arise in any finance related proceeding before it.
