Oversee and develop all functions of the largest affordable housing social services provider in California, providing comprehensive supportive social services at over 370 affordable housing communities, representing over 36,400 homes and approximately 98,830 low income residents, including families and seniors.• Responsible for the development, evaluation and implementation of comprehensive social service programs executed by over 220 staff members throughout California.• Homeless prevention and intervention service programs have been developed with over 80% success rates. • Continue to develop and refine resident needs assessments, resource development, and program implementation in support of clients requiring intensive supportive services and case management including the use of numerous community resources. • Create liaisons with government, county and non-profit service providers to reach under-served and high risk populations. • Provide service model evaluation and assisted in developing standards of service which regulatory agencies such as CTCAC and CDLAC have implemented statewide as model for Affordable Housing Industry. • Develop an on-going funding stream to reach “at risk residents” and ensure their continued success in stable housing. • Designed, evaluated and implemented an “Empowerment Model” of success at multiple senior housing complexes resulting in a supportive relationship between property managers and the residents.
