Elizabeth Ambrose Rafferty, BSN, RN, from the midwest, Ms. Rafferty completed her undergraduate degree at Edison State College in Southwest Florida and went on to earn her Bachelor\'s Degree in nursing at South University. Her experience caring for surgical patients spans the entire perioperative continuum of care. Having worked in a cardiac step-down unit, interventional radiology, and various surgical services departments, Ms. Rafferty is uniquely qualified to provide competent, compassionate care and leadership in the pre-surgical assessment, pre-operative, intra-operative, PACU, and surgical ICU phases of care. Beth also has professional experience in public health, both domestically and abroad. A dynamic leader, possessing excellent communication skills and a proven ability to forge positive relationships with patients, family members, physicians, and colleagues, Ms. Rafferty also considers herself extremely fortunate to enjoy a reputation for being an exceptionally hardworking, dedicated, ethical, versatile, and highly adaptable member of the healthcare team. Her outstanding organizational skills, coupled with superior leadership and team-building talents have resulted in successful educational workshops, collaboration with multidisciplinary team members, and employee recruitment and retention.
