I’ve had the great opportunity to develop the Corporate Communications function at Construction Specialties (CS). The function and team has grown into what is now a team of 6 in the U.S. and Mexico. My team and I continuously strive to improve the Company’s internal communication efforts. Select accomplishments include- I work closely with the leadership team to share the Company’s strategic plan and news through various channels - Organized new company annual meeting format - Introduced the need for an employee intranet; then oversaw the development of site which is now global and available in four languages - Coordinated the global celebration of the Company\'s 75th anniversary including a documentary in 2023- Led the strategic direction and execution of the internal campaign, Building Our Core from 20••••18 which included some great events including Canstruction(R)- Developed the About section of the Construction Specialties website in 2017, organized leadership photo shoot
