   With $744 million in total managed volume and annual growth of 30%, SFE is one of the fastest growing food service companies in the United States. In this role Beth leads a 4,500-person operations team and is responsible for delivery of outsourced food services, financials, retaining existing customers and supporting new business development.In this role, Beth has led strategic planning efforts and executed operational improvement plans, which drove a 50% increase in SFE profit per meal and a gross profit budget achievement of 200% over prior year. Her team also successfully on boarded new business clients which are tracking to exceed annual gross profit expectations by $1M.Having been a COO of a large school district and of several outsourced service providers, Beth is able to have easy and productive discussions with C-level clients. She is able to establish connections, trust and credibility very quickly, which has helped drive a 95% client retention rate. Beth improved overall operations performance by developing repeatable processes in financial management and client strategic account management.
